Many people have come to work with me at a time in their lives when they felt stuck as a result of unresolved traumas, intense loss or a major life transition.  In these times, I've noticed that many of us find it difficult to find a reason to smile.

Sometimes we find that the people in our lives may not know how to help or we are too embarrassed to ask them for help causing us to feel disconnected from ourselves, others and our community.  This can be a very painful place to be, however, we don't have to face this challenge alone.

My expertise is in helping people who've found it difficult to move forward in their life because of past traumas, current stumbling blocks, the "should've regrets", guilt, shame, low self-esteem, loneliness, etc.  

With over ten plus years of experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solutions-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, I will work alongside you to help you find and/or create the path forward that YOU both choose and desire.
